Role Description

This is a contract role for a Technical Project Manager, focused on leading and orchestrating high-impact RevOps and GTM engagements for private equity and PE-backed SaaS clients. The role is responsible for ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered with speed, structure, and precision—while maintaining executive alignment and consistent progress toward measurable business outcomes.

The Technical Project Manager operates as the delivery owner across complex, multi-workstream engagements, serving as the connective tissue between clients, internal delivery teams, and executive stakeholders. This role blends program management, client leadership, and operational rigor to ensure engagements move efficiently from strategy to execution to value realization.


Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary lead for client engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes are clearly defined and actively managed.
  • Drive consistent execution cadence, ensuring projects move quickly without sacrificing quality or alignment.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, constraints, and dependencies; surface tradeoffs and mitigation plans early.
  • Orchestrate structured kickoffs, weekly operating reviews, milestone readouts, and executive updates.
  • Translate delivery progress into business-relevant language focused on impact, ROI, and value creation.

RevOps & GTM Program Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional NewEdge Growth delivery teams (Revenue Architects, Solution Architects, Senior Admins, Developers, GTM Engineers).
  • Ensure strategic recommendations are converted into clear, executable delivery plans and requirements..
  • Maintain tight alignment between RevOps strategy, GTM initiatives, and technical execution.
  • Enforce delivery standards, documentation quality, and operational consistency across engagements.

Process, Cadence & Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure early wins are identified, prioritized, and delivered quickly—especially critical in PE-backed environments.
  • Track and report progress against defined KPIs, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Establish, improve and/or maintain standardized delivery frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
  • Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies to balance speed, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Ensure clean handoffs, decision clarity, and role accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement across delivery operations and client experience to reduce friction and accelerate results

Change Management & Adoption Enablement

  • Partner with the delivery team, solution/revenue architects, and GTMEs to ensure change management is embedded into delivery plans.
  • Support rollout planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Ensure clients are set up for sustained success beyond the initial engagement.

Tools, Process &Documentation

  • Own project tracking, reporting, and delivery hygiene within ClickUp
  • Maintain clear documentation of timelines, risks, decisions, and deliverables.
  • Ensure leadership has real-time visibility into engagement health and progress.
  • Strong proficiency in project and program management platforms (ClickUp preferred; Asana, Jira, Smartsheet acceptable).
  • Experience operating within structured delivery frameworks and operating cadences.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models in consulting or agency environments.
  • Comfort working across RevOps, GTM, and SaaS operating models.
