This is a full-time role for a Project Analyst who will serve as the central command center for a fast-paced, growing RevOps consultancy. The Project Analyst works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure portfolio-wide governance and successful execution across more than 100 active client accounts simultaneously.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, process, and client engagement - requiring someone equally comfortable building governance infrastructure, surfacing data-driven insights, and stepping into client-facing conversations with professionalism and executive presence.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance & Health Tracking
- Own and maintain a centralized view of all active engagements across service lines, tracking health, status, and risk across 100+ accounts at any given time.
- Establish and continuously improve governance processes that enable effective performance tracking, including on-time delivery rates, scope adherence, escalation management, and financial insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to give leadership and delivery teams real-time visibility into portfolio health.
- Proactively identify at-risk engagements and coordinate escalation paths with appropriate stakeholders.
- Track and report against defined KPIs and milestones to support data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.
Continuous Learning & Client Success
- Capture, document, and maintain a library of client success stories, wins, and case outcomes to support internal learning and external storytelling.
- Support structured retrospectives at the engagement and portfolio level, synthesizing lessons learned and strategies for navigating delivery challenges.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by translating retrospective insights into actionable playbook updates and delivery process enhancements.
Data, Reporting & Process Infrastructure
- Build and maintain data repositories by setting up data syncs and pulling from APIs to support portfolio reporting and analytics.
- Use BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Identify and surface KPI-driven levers that signal delivery best practices, client health trends, and areas of operational risk.
- Own documentation hygiene across governance processes, ensuring timelines, risks, decisions, and outcomes are consistently captured and accessible.
- Partner with operations and delivery leadership to maintain and evolve standardized frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a project analyst, operations analyst, PMO, or similar role within a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholder exposure.
- Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience building data repositories, setting up data syncs, and pulling from APIs.
- Proficiency with standard BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Excel).
- Demonstrated executive presence—comfortable interfacing with C-Suite and Senior Leaders with clear, proactive communication.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized; thrives managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal team coordination.
- Proficiency with GSuite and Slack.
Preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Experience in a RevOps, GTM, or SaaS consulting environment.
- Comfort working in PE-backed or high-growth company contexts where speed and accountability are paramount.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/RevOps platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and productivity applications.
